Can I track my order?

Why was my payment declined?
- - You have not activated your security code.
- - In a bid to protect cardholders from online fraud, some credit cards require you to enter an additional security code in order to confirm payment.
- - This code is provided directly by your bank.
Is it safe to use my cards on CustomFam?
Your card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

If your missing item was shipped with a different tracking number, it may still be in transit to you. In case there is no other information on the remaining items, please reach out to us.

As most of our products are custom-made or made to order, we are unable to accept returns.
However, if there is an issue with your order — such as a defect, damage during shipping, or if the product received does not match the description — please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
